Friday themed workshops online, this will also start as a new group of 5 next year and the regular Windsor and Stockbridge workshops where we explore the 'principles' behind the work, exploring the profound fascial relationships in movement as an ongoing practice.

He is a myofascial manual therapist, personal trainer, shiatsu and craniosacral practitioner, anatomy and fascial anatomy lecturer and also a yoga teacher and teacher trainer.
