It's a wrap .. teaching 5 days of dissection with lead Dissection and teacher, my friend Julian Baker .. both working with the groups in the lab, with our view points and Fascial led Dissection to explore structures, with the finest new soft fix never used before, the relationship to motion of membranes in distant tissues was remarkable to explore and gave my students an unprecedented view of connections .. and an interesting 'multimeridian' of Myofascial integrity, showing the whole making spaces and the spaces making the whole... excellent work team .. great to see the knowledge the Myofascial anatomy course students have gleaned over the past year put into the physical reality and where we my see differently.. it was life changing for them, along with Julian's knowledge and breaking apart beliefs .. questioning biomechanics, meridians, tensegrity and soooo much more .. big thank you to our teachers too .. they're gift will give for ever ... It's my Dads 80th birthday today..
and as a World and European masters athletics champion he's now ready for the next 5 years of competition and the European championships in Denmark in a month.
We had a great night with members of his club and other clubs too .. all inspirational people with strong minds. As one of the athletes his friend Colin read in a speech to Dad .. 'he is also one of the finest coaches they have known... far better than any trained coach they have come across, as he knows absolutely how to work with what the individual needs' .. A great Dad and inspiration.. keep on running
