Looking forward to Teaching on the 'Dissecting Aerial Symposium Saturday 13 Jan.

'Gary Carter presenting - Gravity in Practice and Life; ‘Finding economy of Movement’
Gary Carter demonstrates how a knowledge of practical anatomy and the myofascial map of the body can help practitioners make intelligent choices about the way they use their bodies and inform their own practise and that of their students.
Looking at the bodies weights and masses, its counter-balancing mechanisms, spirals and the connected ‘fascial sling’ relationships between the arms, pelvis and legs, helps us to understand how they reinforce the Elastic strength; creating a sense of resilience in the system, generating ease and lightness of movement, principles that underlie your practise.'
