Join Gary Carter for this experiential workshop where we will be exploring the connective tissues in the body, known as fascia. Viewing the anatomy of the body from the perspective of fascia, rather than the more classical anatomy of bones and muscles, gives us a new understanding of the relationship between muscle and fascia.

We’ll be looking at the role fascia plays in our habitual movement patterns and restrictions, and how this manifests in the tissues of the body. This workshop is a must for any serious student or yoga teacher, helping to deepen our understanding of movement in both our own bodies and that of others.

Who’s it for?
An event not to be missed if you’re a yoga teacher – qualified or in training – from any tradition who want to continue to learn and grow as yoga teachers so they can serve their students wholeheartedly.
